Addresses
What if the address provided is bad?
If the address is invalid, we provide a detailed “Non-Service Report” suitable for the court. We also offer professional Skip Tracing services to locate a new residential or business address for the subject.
Compliance
How do I prove service to the judge?
Once service is complete, we email you a scanned copy of the notarized Affidavit of Service immediately. We then mail the original hard copy to you or directly to the court, depending on your preference.
Timelines
What are your cut-off times for Rush service?
Time is of the essence in legal matters. Orders received by 12:00 PM (PST) are attempted same-day. Orders received after the cut-off will be attempted first thing the following morning.
